1. MINIMUM ORDER/REORDER
• For new customers, our opening order is $300.00
• All reorders are $100.00 minimum.
2. TERMS
• All orders are F.O.B. Irving, TX.
• All first time orders will be sent by credit card only.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
• Late payments are subject to a late fee automatically calculated by our accounting program after 60 days and terms will be set back to credit card.
• A $30.00 returned check fee will be charged on all these checks for any reason
• We do drop ship accessory orders for a $10.00 upcharge plus freight costs.
3. BACKORDERS
• Any backorder will ship as soon as possible when it is available.
• All backorders will be kept on file unless otherwise cancelled in writing by customer prior to shipping.
• If backorders are not accepted, please state this on the order or specify a cancel date.
• All backorders below $20.00 will automatically be cancelled out of our system.
4. CLAIMS AND RETURNS
• Please contact customer service at 972-785-1900 within 10 business days of receipt of goods to report any damages or shortages. Expo will not be able to process any claims against goods beyond this time frame.
• Please save all original boxes and packaging for each damaged piece. When returning, please cushion item to make it secure.
• No returns will be made without prior authorization. Return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. The customer will be charged for shipping costs and the return is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• All authorized damages/returns will be issued a merchandise credit or replacement.
5. SHIP TIMES
• 3-4 weeks normal ship time.
6. FREIGHT
• All truck line deliveries are sent freight collect unless otherwise arranged with Expo.
• All truck line loss or damage claims must be made with that specific carrier.
• UPS/FedEx Ground shipments are based on the weight and size of the master box.
7. MERCHANDISE
• All items carry an acceptable tolerance variation due to hand crafted nature.
• Merchandise is acceptable for outdoor use when sprayed upon arrival & annually with clear polyurethane in a matte or satin finish to protect hand painted nature.
• Merchandise should not be exposed to freeze and thaw conditions.
• Merchandise should be used for decorative purposes only. Items should not be used for food consumption.
